Preface
In recent years supporting young people with mental health and/or psychosocial problems to and in mainstream education has been receiving a lot of attention. To provide the needed support, Supported Education interventions have been developed. These are brought together in a Supported Education Toolkit. This toolkit was developed in the 2014-2016 period as part of the Erasmus+ ImpulSE project.

To get mental health and education professionals more acquainted with Supported Education, an online introduction course has been developed. We used the developed toolkit. The development of this online course was made possible with the financial support of the SECiSo project.
The toolkit provides tools for supporting young people with mental health and/or psychosocial problems with choosing, getting and keeping mainstream education.
An online course, so that professionals can follow the course in their own time or in working hours at times that suit them best. An online course is also immediately available and accessible to professionals all over the world.
The course consists of 6 modules of 1.5 hours and contains videos, powerpoint presentations, literature and multiple choice exams. For the needed (background) literature use was made of the material already present in the Toolkit to which assignments are linked.
