The aim of the Toolkit is to support professionals and their organisations who want to start a Supported Education programme in their own organisation or region.<\/p>\n<p>The toolkit is based on the Choose-Get-Keep Model:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Choose: to select an educational or training course compatible with the participant\u2019s values, skills, aptitudes, career interests, finances and learning objectives, much like diagnosis.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Get:\u00a0 to secure enrolment in a preferred course.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Keep:\u00a0 to sustain enrolment and maintain an acceptable level of success and satisfaction until completion.<\/p>\n<p>The toolkit will contain guidelines and procedures which skilled professionals are encouraged to adapt and modify to meet the unique needs of the individuals they serve. It will also contain guidelines and procedures for administrators of educational and\/or mental health organisations to implement a Supported Education programme in their own organisation or region.<\/p>\n<p>In concrete terms, the toolkit includes:<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Table of contents\" href=\"http:\/\/www.supportededucation.eu\/?page_id=506\" target=\"_blank\">Table of contents<\/a><br \/>\n<a title=\"Introduction\" href=\"http:\/\/www.supportededucation.eu\/?page_id=495\" target=\"_blank\">Section 1. Introduction<\/a><br \/>\n<a title=\"Choose-Get-Keep model\" href=\"http:\/\/www.supportededucation.eu\/?page_id=496\" target=\"_blank\">Section 2. Choose-Get-Keep model<\/a><br \/>\n<a title=\"Implementation manual\" href=\"http:\/\/www.supportededucation.eu\/?page_id=498\" target=\"_blank\">Section 3. Implementation manual<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The toolkit has been tested by all partners in their country in practice. Testing and developing has gone hand in hand, since the partners work with actual clients\/students during the process.
