We plan for the following actions:
* a series of  workshops in Sweden, Hamburg and the Netherlands (Brussels perhaps)
* a web based forum for exchange of practice
* Toolkit of best practice
* Study visits
* Participation in conferences linked to the Baltic Sea Cooperation and its flagship projects
